Production & Milling

How we mill, machine and prepare premium Australian hardwood.

Production & Milling

End-to-End Timber Processing

Our Eden mill brings together modern machinery, skilled craftsmanship and a fully integrated process, from green mill breakdown to waste-powered kiln drying and final machining. By managing every stage onsite, we maintain complete control over quality, while also maximising yield and ensuring a reliable supply to wholesalers and the local trade across VIC, NSW, ACT and SA.

Milling Process

A fully integrated, accuracy-driven workflow. From green mill breakdown to final machining, every stage happens onsite in Eden. As a result, this ensures clean cuts, consistent sizing, maximised yield and reliable quality across every board produced.

Equipment & Technology

Modern machinery backed by skilled operators. Our mill combines bandsaw breakdown, twin-saw systems, precision edging, waste-powered kilns and a dedicated machining line. Importantly, all equipment is maintained by an expert Saw Doctor to keep every cut true.

Production Capacity

Consistent volume. Dependable lead times. With ~30 m³/day through the green mill and ~20–25 m³/day in dry, machined boards, we maintain steady stock levels across key species. As such, we can deliver typical wholesale orders within 2–3 weeks.

Waste Management

A closed-loop, zero-waste approach. All timber by-products are reused or repurposed, with chips turned into biofuel, sawdust and shavings used for kiln energy, and offcuts directed into pellet manufacturing. As a result, no timber waste goes to landfill.
